I have bet on millions of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at 21. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or defeat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the streaks you see gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.
Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar wager
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original $20 bet
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager
Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager $160
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
